The Alamo Regional Mobility Authority is an independent governmental agency created by the Texas Transportation Commission and the Bexar County Commissioners Court in December 2003, to accelerate needed transportation projects in Bexar County. |

Overview Overseen by a seven member Board of Directors, the Alamo RMA professional staff and consultants are committed to finding ways to empower our local community to take charge of our transportation future. The Alamo RMA’s purpose is to provide Bexar County with opportunities to accelerate needed transportation projects, through the direction of a local board making local choices about local mobility needs that enhance the quality of life and economic growth for all residents in our region. |

Baker’s EIS experience includes the completion of expedited projects with a wide variety of complicated political, environmental, social, and engineering-related issues. Over the next three years, the Alamo RMA and the Baker team will be working closely with the community to prepare the most comprehensive analysis conducted on the Loop 1604 corridor. Baker’s San Antonio office will lead this effort and will be supported by our diversified staff of professionals comprised of engineers, environmental scientists, and GIS specialists located in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Arlington, and Denton. Subconsultants on the Baker team include local San Antonio firms and DBEs/HUBs with specific experience and skills necessary to complete this project. Sample projects include:
